Amazing Vintage Scandinavian Ege Art Rug titled “Hurricane”, circa date vintage. The vintage Ege rugs were the creation of Mads Eg Damgaard in 1938 to reflect a changing viewpoint of how people interact with interior spaces. They opened up new ideas and theories in interior design. The rooms were meant to create an experience for the occupant. Artwork was no longer relegated to the walls.
